Byron Bay’s The Range sets $37 million area house price record


House price records on the NSW north coast were smashed late on Thursday night when Coopers Shoot Hinterland Home Tom and Emma Lane of the Oroton fashion empire sold for $37 million.

Three parties are vying for the luxury 48-hectare farmhouse through Kim Jones of The Range Estates, who brought it to the market late last year with bullish hopes of $40 million.

Jones confirmed the $37 million result but declined to name the buyer — saying only that the seller was pleased with the result.
