Tigers fans know how badly Woods, 31, wants to don the club colors again. A move to England is unlikely, especially considering he has already started a media deal with Triple M. Cramer’s signing adds to the appeal, while Woods does his best to sell his best Tigers dreams.
“Clem is one of my best mates. He’s a great leader, trains hard, plays hard, is a crazy football fan and he’ll be great with the likes of Benji, Robbie and Tim. In awe of the job — the change is good for him,” Woods said.
Sam Walker, meanwhile, has decided to stay with the Sydney Roosters for two more seasons, keeping him at Bondi until the end of 2025.
